Hi! I'm Ashley — a certified personal trainer and licensed esthetician, and the founder of Green Rose Vitality. I’ve been a certified personal trainer for 6 years and a fairly new esthetician, as I started this new journey in esthetics last October. At Green Rose Vitality, my approach goes beyond surface-level change. In the gym I guide clients through safe, effective workouts that build strength, energy, and resilience. In the treatment room, I create personalized skin therapies that restore balance, radiance, and calm. Together, these two practices support whole-self wellness — so you leave feeling renewed, empowered and ready to thrive. I’m located inside Healthy Hart’s Fitness on the second floor.
